Admission Criteria

The program is designed for those having completed four years of University (either a three-year Bachelor program and a first year of Master of Science or a four-year-long Bachelor) in either computer science, networking, applied mathematics, or electrical engineering.


Tuition Fees

  • EU students pay the regular fees of approximately 250 € for the full year
  • Students enrolled in a Double Degree Diploma (ECNU, INPT, ENSAT, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Poitecnico di Bari, or other equivalent double diploma agreement) pay the tuition fees in their home university only. Only CVEC (see below) will have to be paid at UCA.
  • Non EU students will pay 3770 €.
  • All students will have to pay the CVEC of about 100 €. This must be paid prior to enrollment at UniCA.
 

Excellence Scholarship WINGS program from DS4H

The Excellence Scholarship "WINGS" Program from the DS4H Master school offers outstanding students the chance to receive a grant for the Ubinet track. This will be a decision from the Ubinet Program Committee. Key conditions: being a non-French citizen and having studied outside France, do the Master Internship with one of the Ubinet research teams. Details here.

Procedure

Step 1: Ubinet level application

For all the candidates.
1. Concatenate into in a SINGLE PDF file the following documents:
  • Detailed CV, transcripts, motivation letter, recommendation letters.

2. Fill the following form

3. (For all applications that do not originate from one of our partner institutions, two recommendation letters are mandatory and must be sent to ubinet-application@i3s.unice.fr)

Step 2: Master level application

Step 2.a: For EU students + non EU students that do not need to apply through Etudes en France

  • Apply on e-candidat website before May 15th.
  • Apply to “Master M2 informatique” at the “Université Côte d'Azur.
 

Step 2.b: For students that need to apply through on Etudes en France (i.e., currently residing in these countries):

  • Apply to the Études en France website before March 30th.
  • To find our master, you have to search for “Université Côte d’Azur” → “Sciences” → ”Site de Sophia Tech” → “Master indifférencié” → “Sciences, technologies, santé” → “Informatique” → “année 2"
